Extended exchange option: Siemens extends the period for entitlement to material replacement (AAMERS), with exclusion of further rights and claims. AAMERS encompasses the clearing of faults present when passing the risk by means of replacement delivery or repair of the defective parts at the expense of SIEMENS, if the parts for Siemens are sent at no charge to the service center . Siemens is responsible for rectification. The extension refers to 1 year per 100 euros list price of the products covered by the extension.
